UMRAH REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration & Payment
Upon registration, a deposit of $1000 per person ($2000 for Umrah Plus) is needed to secure seats. No booking is made before deposit is made. Balance payment must be made no later than 1 month before the departure date.
Price & Package Details
Price of Umrah package includes flight with tax, visa, accommodation, 3 times meals, umrah, ziarah, gifts & medical insurance (ST&T). Price of Umrah Package does not include cost of injection & personal insurance. Date of departure, flight, location of hotel (same standard) & itinerary are subject to change.
Changes / Cancellation of Package
The company reserves the right to make changes to or cancel any of our packages without prior notice for any reason whatsoever. Refund will be made to customers where necessary. If refund is not possible, payment made by customers may be brought forward to future trips with the company. On the other hand, if the customer decides to terminate our service, they will have to write in to us in advanced as soon as possible. Refund will be subject to the airline’s and hotel’s terms and conditions. Administrative and cancellation fee may apply.
A successful visa application is subject to approval from Saudi Arabia government. Customers must ensure that their passports have a minimum validity of 6 months before the date of travel.
